Privacy policy
Who we are
Omnigan is operated by Jakuta Inc., a company in Ontario, Canada ("we" and "us"). This policy covers omnigan.co and the contact form on it. Questions and requests go to our privacy officer at privacy@omnigan.co.
What we collect
- When you contact us: your name, work email, organization, the area you are interested in, and your message.
- When you visit: Cloudflare, which hosts the site, processes your IP address and basic request details to deliver pages and to block attacks. On the contact page, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a submission comes from a person.
- Only if you allow analytics: Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views and records your browser type, country and the page that referred you. It sets no cookies and does not build a profile of you across sites.
- Your cookie choice: stored in your browser so the site remembers it.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To reply to your message and to follow up on the work you asked about.
- To keep the site and the contact form secure.
- With your permission, to see which pages are read so we can improve them.
We send marketing email only to people who have agreed to receive it, and every such email has an unsubscribe link.
Who processes it for us
Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the site, delivers contact-form messages to us, protects the form, and runs analytics when you allow it. Messages sent to us are stored by our email provider. These providers may process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be accessible to authorities under local law. We will tell you which providers hold your information if you ask.
How long we keep it
- Contact messages: up to two years after our last exchange with you, then deleted, unless they become part of a contract we are required to keep longer.
- Your cookie choice: until you clear your browser's storage for this site.
- Cloudflare's request logs: as set by Cloudflare's own retention policy.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or withdraw a consent you gave. Email privacy@omnigan.co and we will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the rights to object to our use of your information, to restrict it, and to receive it in a portable form, and you can complain to your local data protection authority. We rely on your consent for analytics and on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and keeping the site secure.
If you are in California, you have the right to know what we collect and to have it deleted. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising.

Children
The site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Security
Every page and form submission travels over an encrypted connection, and access to contact messages is limited to the people who answer them.

When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
